- Do you have excellent troubleshooting skills for Windows-based desktops, both standalone and networked?
- Can you solve complex problems on-the spot?
- Are you experienced with Windows 2000, XP, Windows Small Business Server 2003 & 2008 and Windows Vista?
- Do you have experience setting up routers, firewalls, switches, NAT and WLANS?
- Do you show meticulous attention to detail in your work?
- Do you have passion for excelling on customer's expectations and being able to translate "techie-speak" into Plain English, while answering any questions they may have?
There will never be any day that is the exact same. You will be continually exposed to wide variety of problems - whether it is just a desktop PC that needs a new power supply unit, a laptop that has a virus or a server that has crashed.
