Pay-as-you-Go Support

With pay-as-you-go support, you only pay for the solutions provided.

- Our technicians will give you an approximate price via phone or email or on-site.
- You receive an itemized invoice of all successfully implemented solutions.
Pay-as-you-go support is provided remotely or on-site depending on the type of problem(s).
Maintenance Contracts
We offer customised maintenance contracts to suit your I.T requirements and your budget.
Benefit from regular visits from one of our Microsoft certified I.T technicians that include:
- Resolution of any outstanding issues your staff may have.
- Pick our technicians brains over any niggling issues or concerns you or your staff may have.
- Offer general advice on the most efficient ways to using your computer systems.
- Report any concerns and recommend any hardware of software upgrades.
More specifically our technicians will:
- Check all versions of Windows / OS X for critical patches or updates,
- Check anti-virus and anti-spam applications for functionality and updates.
- Check that your backup system and verify back-up files.
- Check all firewall logs and events.
- Check the server's logs.
- Check each desktop or laptop system logs.
- Check all routers and hubs on network.
- Check all printers and print-servers.
- Check disk-space and memory optimisation on server and client systems.
