Our techcheck / preventative maintenance makes sure your IT setup is as secure, fast and streamlined as it should be.
Our normal tech-check involves:
- Stress testing your network for speed and reliability.
- Checking your Server for critical errors or events.
- Checking your firewall logs for any attempted intrusions.
- Checking individual laptops / desktops for any potential security, or software problems. This includes the identification and deletion of any viral or malware processes. Examination of your computer's security software making sure it's fully functional and up-to-date.
- Checking individual laptops / desktops for signs of processor overheating.
- Checking that your systems/server have enough local storage capacity and memory. Checking the condition of your hard drive, virtual memory and RAM timing.
- Check-up of your backup system - that its doing the job its supposed to be doing.
